Who we are
Fast Forward Careers is run by Deanna Gordon on the Central Coast, New South Wales. If you have any question about your information, email hello@fastforwardcareers.com.au.
What we collect
- What you type into a form on this site: usually your name, email and message, plus anything else you choose to tell us.
- For anyone under 18, a parent or guardian's email, so they know what's happening.
- Booking details when you book a call, session or workshop.
- Basic, anonymous information about how the site is used, through Google Analytics.
The Skills Check runs in your browser. Your answers are not sent to us or stored anywhere.
How we use it
- To reply to you and to run the sessions, workshops and programs you ask about.
- To let you know when something you registered interest in opens, such as a workshop date.
- To understand which parts of the site are useful, so we can improve it.
We never sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone except the services that help us run the site and bookings.
Services we use
Forms and the research survey are handled by Netlify, analytics by Google Analytics, and bookings and payments by our booking and payment providers. They store information on our behalf and may keep it on servers outside Australia.
People under 18
Many of the people we work with are under 18. We ask for a parent or guardian's email for anyone under 18, and we never publish a young person's name, photo or story without written consent from them and their parent or guardian, and from their school where relevant.
Your choices
- You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time.
- You can ask us to stop emailing you, and we will.
- You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings.
